If you have come to this site, you are probably wondering what kind of a company Aos Si was. But ask yourself the question…. What kind of company could it be. The original idea was a marketing company that helped market social enterprises that was staffed by service users of those enterprises, who were trained in the latest marketing innovations. The passion of people who have relied on a service to help transition from crisis and trauma to stability and self resilience, is a source of great strength and inspiration.
Many want to help others who may have to travel the same tough road as they. Services of this nature tend to be underfunded and under resourced. Service users tend to find it challenging to find a stable and welcoming career which will embrace and welcome their skills and meet them where they are at. And many of these services are not heavily marketed so others are not aware of their existence and so can’t avail of these services in times of crisis.
Aos Si Marketing aimed to be a social marketing company that marketed social enterprises and services for people in crisis by employing the very people who had the most knowledge and passion for the service they were marketing.
One day, I hope this dream will come true and this company vision will be realised.
