Maybe you need to stop talking yourself out of becoming the person you already know you’re capable of being.

Self sabotage can be quiet.

It looks like waiting until you feel completely ready.
Overthinking every decision.
Questioning yourself after you finally choose.
Shrinking because being seen feels uncomfortable.
Returning to what’s familiar because growth feels uncertain.

Sometimes your next chapter requires you to stop believing every fearful thought that enters your mind.
