We are looking for Collaborative Partners to join our team at Essential Complexity as provisional ‘on-call’ experts we can rely upon as we identify the needs of our clients and move forward with designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating appropriate solutions.
As a Collaborative Partner, what do you get? You get first access to relevant sub-contract work as the need arises with our clients. We negotiate competitive hourly rates with each Collaborative Partner on a case-by-case basis. Additionally: over time, there will be opportunities to join the EC team as an associate, senior, or principal consultant.
In return for your opportunities as a Collaborative Partner, we at Essential Complexity get the ability to market your expertise as part of our solutions toolkit for potential clients. We put your headshot and a brief bio (with certifications) on the “team’ section of our website - and other marketing materials.
Due to the nature of our work involving cloud solutions, learning systems design, and program evaluation, we are actively seeking experts across most industrial and commercial sectors to add to our team.
