‘Every time you open your mouth, you let people look into your brain’ true for these girls who are participating in the most coveted competition for young women Miss Diva India 2023. Yesterday was 1 quick dose into how their personality can shine with the power of expression and I am floored by the response from these enthusiastic girls. Kudos to and for knowing the importance of this skill and ensuring these girls leave no stone unturned in their quest for the crown.

Excited much? Oh yes! When I get to interact with a young audience wanting to reach for the stars…communication is the tool, fuel and differentiator! So happy to be part of this prep for Miss India and Miss Diva Pageant aspirants with and This one is going to be super special since the nostalgia of my college days is already flowing through me. I have come a long way since the under confident, shy girl I was. I wish I knew more and was better prepared. I can’t wait for these young girls to find this power of preparation and perseverance.

Talked about Leadership to the LT of a prolific business networking group with participants from Gujarat and Mumbai. A wonderful experience of interacting and engaging a diverse audience eager to bring their ‘A’ game. Always a long road to personal discovery and success but a willingness to introspect and learn is a firm step in the direction. Thanking for trusting me again to deliver the goods.

Packed like sardines! The metro while a bold choice but also was the most convenient way of getting to the venue. Not one instance of bad behaviour, pushing or shouting. Everyone was chanting for their team and was just excited to be headed to the . And here is me…smiling from ear to ear unable to believe my luck with the last minute tickets and witnessing this madness live! The whole experience was once in a life time kind of a feeling, watching in action is a dream come true

Friday was such an exciting day, the first half was spent as a soft skills trainer with an IT company discussing BOLD decision making. The later part was spent going from from store to store with a client as her Image Consultant, helping her buy the right clothes for her image and life style.
Love my job is an understatement here! A job that allows me to use my knowledge and creativity and enable people to be more confident and ready for important events in life.

Participants from different age groups, functions and levels coming in to learn together to be able to work and build a better work culture.
Sometimes, a trainer is able to unlock a few doors, open a few windows and let people see what lies beyond the known. I felt immense satisfaction training this group that has never had exposure to training but is now open to the idea and is looking forward to more self development.

The many me’s from yday. Right from a morning networking meet, to a training in the day, to channeling Frida Kahlo at an event and then some dhamaal with the gang in the evening…I don’t think I could have fit thing more in the day. PHEW…But what fun!
