Assist the Machine Operator with setting up and maintaining production equipment

Ensure the correct material is available to run and follow all quality check requirements

Assist with troubleshooting minor machine problems

Machine Assistant Operators will work in one of the following departments: Rewinding, Extrusion, or Flexo Printing

Ability to be flexible in daily work assignment and work rotating 12-hour shifts (6a-6p and 6p-6a) that includes days, nights, weekends, and some holidays.

- Starting at $39.35/hr (base $37.35 + $2 COS differential)

🕒 Work Schedule:
- 12-hour rotating shifts (COS = Continuous Operating Schedule)
- Weekend and holiday shifts included
- Double time pay on Sundays at $78.70/hr
