GPC Domestic Services All kinds of domestic cleaning including end of tenancy cleans & deep cleans and DIY services.

End of tenancy cleans: If the EOT clean is for a property being handed back to an estate, a period of up to 72 hours is given (depending on location & distance) from the date of the clean, to arrange and rectify any issues if any should arise during the property having its final checks. If after the clean has been completed and 72 hours has passed, any issues raised that need rectifying will be chargeable at the full standard rates, with full payment being required up front.

With the current economic climate & the cost of living and fuel prices rising dramatically, sadly I have no choice but to increase my rates from April 1st 2022. I will obviously review this later in the year. Price increases will be published accordingly on my page under the services section.

Do you need a clean done before Xmas & New Year? 🎄 I have very limited availability between now and December 31st - I am open to doing Sundays if needs be but there will be a slightly higher charge.
