I've written a list of 4 skills that build confidence.

All other mental skills require these to be effective.

If your thoughts and feelings can lead you down a path to feeling like "you're not good enough"...

Then the opposite is also true ❤️🫰🏻

(You've just got to be shown where to start.)

I've written a list of 4 mental and emotional skills that build confidence, from the inside out.

When you stop trying to figure out "why" you don't believe in yourself, and rather start focusing on the underlying skills and tools that actually make feeling that way possible...

There's a shift.

Not because you suddenly don't have any fears or doubts...

But because you know how to manage your thoughts and feelings, rather than push them away, only for them to sabotage you on game day.

I've got a gift for you.

When we speak to athletes about how they "should" or "shouldn't" feel when they compete...

We've got to go deeper than, "just relax, you've got this"...

Because this mandate is *literally* ignoring 90% of what's actually going on inside their brain, body, and nervous system.

If you want to feel more calm when you compete, without making it another thing to stress about... comment "calm" and I'll show you how 🙏🏻🫰🏻

You're a talented athlete and you've been told to "think more positively" or "just believe in yourself"...

But in reality, you've never been shown *how*.

If this sounds like you, I've got a free Thoughts Guide that will help you get started 🫰🏻

Comment "thoughts" and I'll send it over.

When athletes hear "don't be nervous, you've got this" they usually don't feel less nervous...

And then what happens is they start wondering "maybe I don't have this".

Want to start changing the script from "I'm nervous this is bad" to "I'm nervous, but I'm ready 💪🏻"

Comment "code" and Ill show you how 😊

You’re chasing the next breakthrough.

The big mindset shift.
The confidence “unlock.”
The thing that finally makes it click.

So you jump from one tool to the next.

Breathing this week.
Visualization next week.
A new routine the week after.

Or worse — you try to do everything at once.

And when it doesn’t transform you immediately?

You decide it “doesn’t work.”

So you stop.

Here’s what you’re missing:

Your mental game grows through boring, repeatable reps.

The small things.
Done consistently.
Long enough to rewire you.

This isn’t my opinion.

It’s neuroscience.

Your brain changes through repetition, emotional relevance, and evidence.

It updates when you show it — consistently — that something is safe, useful, and repeatable.

That’s how things stick.

That’s how momentum builds.

That’s how confidence becomes stable — instead of temporary.

If you don’t know where to start, comment CYCLE and I’ll send you a simple, easy-to-follow plan.
