For more than 30 years, I've helped clients turn ideas into something real.

Sometimes that meant designing a logo.

Sometimes it meant creating a brochure, a website, or a complete brand identity.

But here's what I learned:
Most clients didn't arrive with a design problem.

They arrived with a thinking problem.

They knew something wasn't working.

They just couldn't always see what it was.

That's why I've enjoyed exploring the Kitted Design Deck.

The prompts don't focus on making things prettier.

They focus on helping you see possibilities, challenge assumptions, and look at problems from different angles.

Looking back, I can think of dozens of client meetings where a tool like this would have sparked conversations we might not have had otherwise.

Good design isn't about decoration.

It's about discovery.

It's about finding the idea beneath the idea.

And sometimes that's where the real value lives.
