I operate as an on-demand and in-house recruiter and team strategist, working directly with founders and investors, recruiting talent in the fashion, technology, and consumer goods industries for ethical, purpose-driven brands & startups. Since 2012 I have been working with fashion entrepreneurs from across UK and Europe. My focus is on helping founders build their ventures with a sustainable business strategy in mind. With the aim to connect the industry and academia, I regularly engage with academia as a guest speaker. Besides, I co-created a boutique fashion business conference helping fashion entrepreneurs access international connections & know-how. Within three years, we produced ten industry events, over 80 hours of seminars delivered by 20+ international industry experts, professors and investors.

About the team
Vyrao is created by Yasmin Sewell, an acclaimed fashion buyer, director and consultant of 25 years, celebrated as the force behind discovering some of the most exciting talents of British fashion.

Yasmin believes in the voices of many and Vyrao is primarily a business built on partnerships and collaboration. She has brought together an incredible mix of founding partners with different skills; a Vyrao family. You’ll meet them soon. Every new employee will be welcomed to Vyrao family as a unique and incremental addition to the business, regardless their influence in the industry or social status. About the role
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work alongside the founder and the team assisting with the day-to-day running of the studio and the business.

Assisting with E-commerce / Wholesale and Distribution when necessary
Managing office calendar
Managing office administration and upkeep
Logistics admin assisting with fulfilling customer orders and shipments
Assisting the founder on daily basis with ad-hoc assignments
Establishing and maintaining collaborative working relationships across the team

About you
You are a person who is keen to learn and capable to inspire. We are not specifically looking for prestigious degrees and influential connections. We are looking for a soulmate of Vyrao, who ads value in all aspects of the business and is eager to give and take in equal amounts. You will work alongside Vyrao founder and Chief Energy Officer Yasmin Sewell, who inspired, lifted and enabled dozens of careers in the British fashion industry:

You are well organised with strong attention to detail and time-management skills
You will be a self-starter and team-player in one person able to adapt to a versatile environment
You will thrive in taking on different assignments, big or small, contributing to the growth of the business
You enjoy working in a team of creatives and can read the language of big minds
You have the ambition to grow within the business creating a positive impact in the industry
You have knowledge or keen interest in wellbeing or related fields
You are creative and confident in using Microsoft Office or alternative software programs and project management tools.

Jei galvojate, kad tai jau viskas, tai ne viskas. ABOUT šiuo metu keičiasi iš esmės, plečia komandą ir (pagaliau!) šauna į tarptautinę rinką ne tik per didmenos partnerius, bet ir savo (wait for it) D2C platformą. Todėl ABOUT itin intensyviai plečiasi, struktūrizuojasi ir ruošiasi naujam etapui. Trumpai tariant, ieškome (yep, aš čia irgi įsivėlus) Performance Marketing žmogaus (gali būti Jr., gali būti jau pagyvenęs, turime įvairių idėjų). Svarbu, kad būtų tvirtuose ilgalaikiuose (arba perspektyviuose) santykiuose su paid media. Tai jei galvojate kur čia dar kietai Lietuvoje dirbti digital marketing - štai jums išdaviau paslaptį (čia aišku tiems, kam ne visvien kokią pridėtinę vertę kuria ir atsakingas verslas laimi prieš rooftop pool ofise). April 22 marks the 50th anniversary of Earth Day. Started in 1970, Earth Day was the catalyst that helped jumpstart the modern environmental movement. This event inspired people around the world to step up to care for our planet and commit to building a world.

Therefore, Conscious Fashion Campaign in support of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), is hosting a virtual educational experience in collaboration with the United Nations Office for Partnerships. Titled ‘Discover the Sustainable Development Goals – To Make Peace With Nature’, the programme runs from 1-30 April 2021.

Event will comprise 30 days free access to exhibitions, talks, podcasts and learning tools as well as documentaries; all responding to the United Nations Secretary-General’s 2021 priority ‘to make peace with nature’.
