Fresh off the SLA vat.

This photo shows a test article just after a completed stereolithography (SLA) print, part of MKII Aerospace’s push to bring higher resolution additive manufacturing into our rocket development workflow.

Why SLA matters for us:

- Ultra smooth surface finish for better fit test articles and cleaner aero / flow prototypes

- Tight dimensional accuracy for assemblies, interfaces, and repeatable iterations

- Faster design / test cycles so we can validate geometry and packaging before committing to final materials.
