What You’ll Do:
-Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence.
-Manage attorney schedules and court dates.
-Handle bookkeeping tasks.
-Handle client inquiries with professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
-Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar role.
-Bookkeeping skills and experience.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
-Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
-High level of discretion and confidentiality.
-Must be located in the East Rand, South Africa.
