There are plenty of ways to earn online, but if you want to succeed — especially in Forex trading — you must learn how to manage risk like a pro.

Let’s break it down with a simple example:

📌 Say you're willing to risk just $10 on a trade.
The next step is to calculate the number of pips between your entry price and stop loss.

👉 For non-JPY pairs:
Pips = (Entry Price - Stop Loss) ÷ 0.0001
👉 For JPY pairs:
Pips = (Entry Price - Stop Loss) ÷ 0.01

Or simply use the ruler tool on TradingView to measure the pips.

🔍 Example:
If the distance from entry to stop loss is 50 pips, and you're only willing to risk $10, then:

(i.e., 20 cents per pip)

Now choose a lot size that matches this risk:

0.01 lot = $0.10 per pip

🎯 In this case, you'd use a lot size of 0.02 to stay within your $10 risk limit.
