SICK ALERT!!!

When your loved one gets sick or an accident happens, there’s no time to think — let alone pack — before rushing out the door.

One simple system can remove a layer of panic:
a hospital-ready suitcase, packed and waiting.

Mom Pro Tip: We keep our hospital suitcase packed and tucked away in a room near our front door. Makes it easy to grab when we have to go.

Include medications and supplies your loved one relies on — especially items the hospital may not carry. Don't forget changes of clothes, toiletries, chargers, books, playing cards, etc.

When it's time to go, you'll be able to do so like a pro!

Hub Power: One Small Upgrade

A strong Hub = a smoother week.

Today, choose ONE tiny upgrade that makes a big difference:

• Replace the pen on your clipboard
• Update the weight on your hospital tape
• Add new emergency contacts
• Swap out your daily checklist

Small improvements build big confidence—and they stack up.

Label Like a Pro

Labels reduce questions, mistakes, and stress.
Are your supplies and workstations clearly labeled?

Mom Tip: Use white hospital tape and a Sharpie for labels on bottles, bags, etc. Makes changing out quick.

Care doesn’t pause when you leave the house.

Pack a go-bag or car caddy with daily and emergency items — and be mindful of temperature-sensitive supplies (ex: liquids and diabetic test strips) which could be affected from high and low temps.
