茶疗功效:

绿茶可抗衰老，降低脂肪,抑制心血管疾病的功效。
Green tea has anti-aging, lowers body fat and control cardiovascular disease.
甜菊叶是无热量之代糖产品，用甜菊叶直接制茶或与其它原料茶配合制成的茶，对糖尿病患者降血糖，对健胃促进消化，醒酒和消除疲劳，对肥胖病、高血压及龋齿等病患者均有防治作用:
1、甜度约一般蔗糖的200倍，极低卡路里，易溶于水，不会增加身体的热量及糖分的负担；
2、消除疲劳，调整血糖，缓解口干口渴；

注意事项：
忌空腹喝茶。胃寒的人不宜过多饮，过量会引起肠胃不适。失眠症者临睡前不宜饮茶，正在哺乳的妇女也要少饮茶，茶对乳汁有收敛作用。

清热降火金银花茶 Honeysuckle Jasmine Tea (product code : ST008 )

饮用方法：

把茶包放入温水的茶杯里冲洗2-3 秒左右倒掉，之后才从新倒入新的热开水浸大约15 -20分钟即可享用，可冲泡两次。
