Custom intercoolers are always a fun challenge, this one being for an AWD turbo K20 swapped ED civic. The core ended up being 250×500×80mm with custom sheet metal end tanks all hand ported internally. Definitely a squeeze to fit on the front of a small car like this but with some creative bumper trimming it's right at home now ✨

This customer requested a catch can with some shape to it, so I challenged myself and couldn't be happier with the results 😁 there was a bunch of internal baffling and mounts/drain etc. added as well but the main body of the can was what I was most proud of.

Attention to all customers;
Due to the upcoming workshop relocation, and the recent influx of turbo manifold orders, all future orders are being paused unless you are willing to wait an extended period for your part to be made once the relocation is completed. All current orders are on track to be fulfilled as per normal. I sincerely apologize to anyone that this delay will negatively impact but I'm trying to keep realistic and that means a break in orders so I can catch up on the backlog. I will be back though and better than ever 💪 thankyou to everyone for your support and kind words recently, this next chapter for TSF is going to be very exciting ☺️
