I was very pleased at just how beautiful this factory finished birch floor came out. Like always the natural character of the floor is just insanely clear and a much more neutral color forever now. 😎👌🏻♻️🛠️❤️

This 1940s farm house had some heavily worn damaged areas. Thankfully it was a very solid maple. Due to its dense natural, the damage didn't go far into the wood. This floor came out clear and beautiful. Also the new feather patching blended in well. ♻️🛠️❤️

It just never gets old seeing the progress through the week as I bring these floors back to life. 🙌🏻
This birch is just filled with character now!!!
Many people don't know, however, floors can be professionally refinished up to six or seven times throughout their life if they're 3/4-in solid wood.
This floor had had a few sandings. This will be beautiful for years to come! ♻️🌲👍🏻

My clients this past week had a red oak floor which they wished to have a better match with the staircase and upper floor. This red oak floor went from natural to a beautiful Spice Brown. The grain looks unbelievable and even better in person! 👌🏻🙌🏻

This Factory Finished Birch came out lighter and with so much clarity in the wood which was hidden by the old finish. It gives it a much more neutral tone which then looks so much better with the trim and paint. Very happy with this outcome.

The maple factory finished floor had been very worn from dogs and daily life. New raw birch was added to the kitchen and was all sanded to be light and uniform. It was a nice contrast as the stairs were birch too. 👍🏻

This tavern grade red oak turned out stunning! It's always amazing when the wood is full of knots. The floor was just exploding with character. Much more clear and no more orange/yellow.

This was a very big undertaking. This was a very well lived on factory finished Birch floor. It has lots of high traffic wear and some water damage spots. Everything turned out beautiful. 💪🏻🤘🏻

My clients this week removed old tile in the kitchen and feathered in new oak into the existing hardwood. Other than it is slightly thinner in the new section. This turned out quite seamless. Beautiful clear natural oak!

This factory finished maple floor was not climatized before being installed. It had bad cupping on all boards throughout the home. The floor also had many nail impressions in the wood from previous owners dogs. This floor came out beautiful and truly was a flat floor once finished.
