Consistency is key. Perform these tasks once a week, ideally on the same day. Important: Give new campaigns at least 2 weeks to gather data before making significant changes.

1. 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬 & 𝐊𝐞𝐲𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠:
- Download the "Search Term Report" for the last 7-14 days.
- 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐲 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬: Filter for search terms with at least 2-3 sales and a good ACOS.
- 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: "Harvest" these terms by adding them as new keywords to an 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧 with a competitive bid.
- 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐲 𝐋𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐬 (𝐁𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬): Filter for search terms with high spend and 𝐳𝐞𝐫𝐨 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 (e.g., >10 clicks with no sales) OR extremely high ACOS (e.g., double your target).
- 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Add these terms to your 𝐍𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐜𝐭 keyword list in the original campaign to stop wasting money.

2. 𝐁𝐢𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
- Review keyword performance in your manual campaigns over the last 14 days.
- 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐀𝐂𝐎𝐒 𝐊𝐞𝐲𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬: For keywords with ACOS significantly above your target, 𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐢𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝟏𝟎-𝟐𝟎%.
- 𝐋𝐨𝐰 𝐀𝐂𝐎𝐒 𝐊𝐞𝐲𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬: For keywords with ACOS well below your target that are driving sales, 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐢𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝟏𝟎-𝟐𝟎% to gain more impression share and sales.
- 𝐋𝐨𝐰 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬/𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐬: For relevant keywords that aren't getting traffic, slowly increase the bid until they start gaining impressions. If they still don't perform, they might not be relevant enough.

3. 𝐁𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
Check campaigns that are hitting their daily budget caps early in the day. If a campaign is performing well (good ACOS), consider increasing its daily budget to capture more sales.
