- ولدت في عدن – بتاريخ 26/11/1972 .
- متزوج و أب لخمسة أولاد .
# التحصيل العلمي:
- تحصلت على شهادة الثانوية العامة في العام الدراسي 1989-1990م من ثانوية صيرة – محافظة عدن – اليمن .
- تحصلت على ليسانس شريعة و قانون جامعة صنعاء في العام الدراسي 1994-1995م.
# المهارات الشخصية :
- ضليع في اللغة العربية وجيد في اللغة الانكليزية .
- متمكن في العلوم الشرعية .
- واسع الإطلاع و متنوع المعرفة و الثقافة .
- شاعر و أكتب الشعر الحر و شعر التفعيلة .
# الخبرات المهنية :
- بدأت المحاماة فور تخرجي في العام 1995م و تخصّصت في القانون الجزائي .
- محامي مترافع أمام المحاكم الابتدائية 2000-1997م
- محامي مترافع أمام المحاكم الاستئنافية 2005-2001م
- محامي مترافع أمام المحكمة العليا للجمهورية منذ العام 2006م حتى الآن .
- بعد عشر سنوات من النجاح المتواصل في القضايا الجنائية بدأت بتولي القضايا التجارية حتى أصبحت محامياً لعدد من الشركات و رجال المال والأعمال و منهم مجموعة علي درهم و مجموعة الناصري التجارية و شركة دهملاز يبكو المحدودة و مصنع يمن بترو و معهد مالي الأمريكي و شركة يونيفيرسال جات .. و غيرهم.
- ترافعت بنجاح في أهم وأكبر القضايا الجنائية في شتى محافظات الجمهورية اليمنية ، كما توليت آلاف القضايا بنجاح متواصل .
- عضو نقابة المحاميين اليمنيين منذ العام 1996م حتى الآن ونشطت في جميع الفعاليات النقابية ، بالإضافة إلى عضويتي في إتحاد المحاميين العرب .
# النشاط الحقوقي :
- نشطت مع العديد من منظمات المجتمع المدني اليمنية ، فعلى سبيل المثال قمت بتأسيس و تدريب فريق من المحاميات (تابع لاتحاد نساء اليمن/عدن ) للدفاع عن السجينات ، و ذلك في العام 2004م .
- أصبحت عضواً في منظمة العفو الدولية AMNESTY في اليمن في العام 1999م ، و في عام 2002م تم اختياري منسقاً لشبكة الحقوق الانسانية للمرأة ، و في العام 2004م ساهمت في وضع الخطة الاستراتيجية لمنظمة العفو الدولية من خلال مشاركتي في مؤتمر مدراء منظمة العفو الدولية في أمستردام – هولندا عام 2004م .
- ساهمت في الدفاع عن معتقلي جوانتينامو كعضو في اللجنة الدولية للدفاع عن معتقلي جوانتينامو .
- ساهمت في الرقابة على العمليات الانتخابية المختلفة في اليمن بصفة مراقب محلي .
- في العام 2006م تم اختياري من المعهد الدولي للديمقراطية NDI للرقابة على الانتخابات الرئاسية والمحلية في اليمن بصفة مراقب دولي .
- قمت بإعداد دليل قانوني بعنوان ( دليل المحاكمة الجنائية ) ، وتم طباعته على نفقة برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي UNDP ، في عام 2004م .
- نشرت عشرات المقالات القانونية الهادفة إلى نشر الوعي القانوني في أوساط المجتمع .
- مناهض للتعذيب ، فقد ترافعت في العديد من قضايا التعذيب كقضية وديع هلال الشيباني الذي قتل بواسطة التعذيب أثناء حبسه لدى السلطات الأمنية في اليمن ، و هي أول قضية من نوعها ينظرها القضاء اليمني .
- في العام 2006م اختارتني منظمة أوكسفام البريطانية OXFAM للدفاع عن رجاء العوامي التي كان قد صدر حكم بإعدامها رجماً بالحجارة حتى الموت ، فقمت باستئناف حكم الإعدام رجماً وكسبت القضية و تم الافراج عن رجاء العوامي .
- شاركت في مئات الندوات القانونية ، و ورش العمل ، و حلقات النقاش ، و المؤتمرات المحلية و الدولية داخل اليمن و خارجها .
- رئيس منظمة بيت العدالة الإنسانية التي قمت بتأسيسها في العام 2013م ، و نجحت في بناء طاقم المنظمة فأصبحت خلال فترة وجيزة من أهم المنظمات في عدن و اليمن ، و هي منظمة حقوقية غير حكومية و غير ربحية .
# أخرى :
- غير متحزب ، و لم أنتمي إلى أي حزب سياسي إطلاقاً .
- أُحظى باحترام بالغ بين زملائي المحاميين و القضاة و أعضاء النيابة العامة و رجال الأمن و قيادة السلطة المحلية و لدي علاقات واسعة و متميزة بمنظمات المجتمع المدني و الشخصيات الاجتماعية و غيرهم .

Born at 26-11-1972 in Aden - Yemen .
Married and a father of five children.
Educational attainment
• I got a high school diploma in the academic year 1989-1990 Sirah Secondary school - Aden - Yemen.
• I received a Bachelor of Law at the University of Sana'a 1994-1995.
Personal skills
• Versed in the Arabic language and good in English.

• Knowledgeable and get diverse knowledge and culture.
• Poet; I am writing free verse and poetry Trochee.
Career history
• I began advocacy immediately after graduation in 1995 and has specialized in criminal law.
• Advocate solicitor in front of the Magistrates Court 1997 – 2000
• Advocate solicitor in front of the Appellate Court 2001 - 2005
• Advocate solicitor in front of the supreme court since 2006 till now.
• Then, after ten years of continued success in criminal cases I began to take over trade issues until I become a lawyer for a number of companies and businessmen such as Ali Derhem and the Nazarene Trading Groups, Dhmlaz Ibeko Co. Ltd. , Yemen Petro factory , the American Institute of Mali , Universal G*t company and others .
• Argued successfully in the largest and most important criminal cases in various provinces of the Republic of Yemen and thousands of cases I always successfully assumed.
• A member of the Yemenis Bar Association since 1996 and has been active in all union events. In addition to my membership in the Union of Arab Lawyers.
Human rights activism
• I participated in a variety of important trade negotiations and achieved fruitful success.
• I have been active with many of the Yemeni civil society organizations .. For example, I have set up and train a team of lawyers to defend women prisoners (belonging to the Yemeni Women's Union / Aden), in 2004.
• I have been active in the field of human rights and became a member of AMNESTY in Yemen in 1999 ,and soon I was elected as a coordinator of the human rights network of women in 2002, and I contributed in the development of the Strategic Plan of AMNESTY through my participation in the directors Conference AMNESTY in Amsterdam - Netherlands 2004.
• I contributed in the defense of the Jointanamu detainees as a member of the International Committee for the Defense of Jointanamu detainees.
• I contributed as a local observer in the control of the various electoral processes in Yemen.
• In 2006, I was selected from the International Institute for Democracy NDI as an international observer on the presidential and local elections in Yemen.
• I have set up a legal guide entitled (criminal trial evidence), which was printed by the expense of the United Nations Development Program UNDP , in 2004 .
• I published dozens of legal articles that aimed to spread legal awareness among the community.
• I am always against torture, I have pleaded (volunteer) in many of these cases of torture as an example, Wadi'a Hilal al-Shaibani, who was killed by torture during his detention by the security authorities in Yemen, and it was the first case of its kind considered by the Yemeni judiciary.
• I was charged from the British Oxfam OXFAM to defend Rajaa Al-Awami which had sentenced to death by stoning to death . I accepted to defend her as a volunteer and resumed the death by stoning sentence and I had won the case in 2006 and Rajaa AL-Awami was released.
• I participated in hundreds of legal seminars, workshops, panel discussions, and local and international conferences inside and outside Yemen.
• I founded the humanitarian house of justice organization in 2013, and I am the head of it so far. I have succeeded in building the organization and its staff and make it becomes one of the most important organizations in Aden in a short period. It is a non-governmental and non-profit human rights organizations.

• Non-partisan, and do not belong to any political group or organization at all.
• I have a deep respect among my fellow lawyers , judges , prosecutors , security officers , the leadership of the local authority and I have extensive and distinct relationships with civil society organizations , social figures and others.
