اليوم اختتمت برنامج التخطيط الاستراتيجي لمجموعة من ابرز قيادات البنوك اليمنية والذي كان لمدة خمسة ايام. كانت ردود الافعال ايجابية جدا وابعد من المتوقع، وطلب المشاركين برنامج اخر متقدم. يقول المشاركون ان البرنامج كان مركز ومفيد جدا بالنسبة لهم. اما انا فقد تسنت لي الفرصة لمعرفة الكثير حول واقع التخطيط الاستراتيجي في البنوك اليمنية. والمكسب الاكبر هو معرفتي لمجموعة من القيادات الادارية الناضجة.

في بيئات الاعمال الغير مستقرة تصبح الحاجة ملحة جدا لتبني تخطيط استراتيجي فعال. ولكن السؤال الاكبر هنا هو: كيف لنا أن نمارس تخطيط استراتيجي بالشكل الصحيح؟
