Bagel Dough
Ingredients
* 4 cups bread flour
* 1 tbsp yeast
* 1 tbsp sugar
* 1 tsp salt
* 1¼ cups warm water
Method
1. Mix all ingredients into a firm dough.
2. Knead thoroughly.
3. Rise until doubled.
4. Shape into rings.
5. Boil briefly.
6. Bake until golden.

Ingredients
* ½ cup butter, softened
* ¾ cup sugar
