Yoga with Tammy Yoga is a practice and not perfection. So treat your body with kindness, love and encouragement!

What can you expect in my classes:
- Style of yoga varies but generally based on Hatha or Vinyassa and alignment focus
- Beginners to Intermediate levels. Adjustments/Options are available for all
- Warm and friendly environment
- Stretch, strengthen and de-stress

I am also available for private and smaller groups. Where: Home studio not far from Lifestyle Centre or you can also find me at Zimbali residence gym.
