We are deeply saddened to have lost such an enduring symbol of freedom and liberty; Nelson Mandela was an elder statesman who embodied the very essence of a servant-leader. History cannot contain the lasting impact of such an extraordinary life. Rather, his exceptionalism will live in the hearts and minds of those of us who were fortunate enough to have witnessed his greatness.

Minimum Requirements:

-Fully bilingual in English
-Matric / Grade 12
-Computer literate
-Experience in Debt Counselling field a must
-Experienced with the National Credit Act
-Experienced and knowledge of court and legal processes
-Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients
-NCR Debt Counselling course completed highly advantageous
-Strong knowledge and experience in management of administrative and legal process of Debt Counselling office
-Independently function
-Stable employment record (no job hoppers)

Duties:
-Manage the administrative and legal process of an existing Debt Counselling office
-Work with several staff members to attend and coordinate clients’ needs and queries
-Update and maintain the PDA portfolio

Duties and responsibilities:

*Responsible for general HR administration.
*Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses for production staff
*Maintain human resource data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.
*Accurate completion and analysis of the monthly HR Board Report
*Accurate completion of the Department of Labor Report – as required annually.
*Co-ordination of staff functions, projects for the Company.
*Monitoring and regular updating of employment contracts, as required.
*Manage and monitor recruitment
*Manage time sheets, invoices etc
*Manage and monitor time and attendance system and ensure timeouts sign off by management.
*Manage leave process, balances and sick leave abuse
*Provide specific research / investigation as required
