We recently joined ATI for an engaging Career Day focused on inspiring the next generation of artisans and service technicians. The session gave learners an opportunity to learn more about careers in our industry while participating in collaborative activities designed to encourage teamwork and problem-solving.

Most importantly, we explored the role that safety plays in everything we do because building a successful career starts with building safe habits.

Thank you to the ATI learners and team for a fantastic session. The future is looking bright!

For Tsholofelo Moloto, PSD Operations Manager – Support Services, leadership is more than a position. It's a responsibility to create opportunities, inspire growth and help others realise their potential.

Describing herself as resilient, purpose-driven and compassionate, Tsholofelo is passionate about mentoring young people, particularly women pursuing technical and leadership careers. Seeing others succeed because she believed in them is one of her greatest rewards.

What keeps her going on difficult days? The answer is simple: her daughter's warm hug after a long day at work. It reminds her why she started and reinforces her belief that every challenge is an opportunity to grow and make a positive impact on those around her.

For Tsholofelo, being "More Than a Title" means leading with purpose, lifting others as she grows, and creating opportunities for the next generation to succeed.

We exhibited at the 2026 Disability Connect Career Conference & Expo which took place at Vodadome in Midrand, South Africa on 11 & 12 August. The event is Africa’s largest gathering for promoting and enabling employment opportunities for persons living with disabilities. Stakeholders in attendance discussed and showcased programmes they are doing to expand disability inclusion in education and the workplace.
