We are looking to employ a dedicated and customer-oriented senior sales representative to
drive sales and guide our sales team. The senior sales representative& #39;s responsibilities
include analysing industry trends to identify ways to improve company products and
services, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the company products or services
purchased, as well as submitting account plans and sales reports to higher management.
You should also be able to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
To be successful as a senior sales executive, you should be persuasive and able to build

Requirements
 Matric (Grade 12)
 Relevant Degree or Diploma in Business Management/Administration OR
Marketing & Sales
 10 – 15 years’ experience in sales with proven success in a senior sales role
 Experience in the Petroleum, Gas, or similar industry would be
advantageous
 High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office packages and Sales
Software
 Computer and IT literate with good experience using CRM systems
 Must be bilingual English & Afrikaans
 Must be willing to travel with SA and the SADC regions as needed

Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective depot and transport operations that follow the depot’s practice and standards
Minimise stock losses
Ensure that HSEQ standards are maintained
Supervise the terminal’s maintenance programs at minimum cost ensuring no loss of revenue due to downtime in the terminal’s operations and that the assets are protected, and all risk is minimised
Assist the Operations Manager in compiling annual maintenance budgets for the terminal to ensure accurate and sufficient allocation funds

Job Purpose
As a Customer Relations Officer you will be responsible for communicating with customers and clients via telephone, face-to-face, and / or email regarding any service or product offered by our client. Fast learner and able to adopt to a stressful environment and fast-moving work atmosphere
