💙 Every vessel we build carries more than a name—it carries a legacy.

At Via Maris Shipyard, every one of our vessels is proudly named after a woman. Our first vessels hold a particularly special place in our history, as they were named in honour of the Rochambelle—our owner's grandmother and her fellow nurses who served courageously during World War II.

These remarkable women dedicated their lives to caring for others during a time of great uncertainty, embodying compassion, resilience and selfless service. Their legacy lives on every time one of these vessels takes to the water.

As we celebrate Women's Month, we honour not only these extraordinary women, but every woman whose strength, courage and dedication continue to shape our communities and our future.
