👉🏻It can be location, industry, how and where you source your materials, suppliers, the marketing environment, labour challenges, competitors and customers.

👉🏻How do these factors impact the way you conduct your business, the decisions you make, and the way you interact with others?

👉🏻Sometimes we need to make a quick decision at work and don’t have time to consider all the factors. That happens yes, but when you have a good understanding of your operating environment, it certainly improves the quality and efficacy of the choices you make for your business.

📢Applications are open for SMME Booster 2023.

Organisations currently implementing projects or programmes supporting small, medium and micro enterprises that are based in the Western Cape can now apply for funding via the Department of Economic Development and Tourism’s SMME Booster 2023. The initiative is designed to help SMMEs to expand and create jobs, as well as retain them.

Funding support is available for four categories of businesses: export businesses, women-owned businesses, youth-owned businesses and township-based businesses.

The Fund will support existing business development support initiatives and will provide funding for technical support (machinery, equipment, software license's etc.) to SMMEs. The deadline for submissions is 11 July 2023.
