CONSULAR DUTY IN CAPE TOWN
The next consular outreach in Cape Town is scheduled for 6, 7 and 8 November 2025.
ORGANIZATIONAL INFORMATION
During this outreach, only passport applications will be accepted. For visa, citizenship, civil status transcription, and other matters, please contact the Consular Section in Pretoria directly.
Please note that the consul will not bring the passports for issuance to applicants.
Passport applications will be accepted in Cape Town during the following hours:
- Thursday, 6 November, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday, 7 November, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday, 8 November, 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM
The address of the consular outreach office will be provided (here) after final confirmation.
REGISTERING FOR AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE CONSUL
Registration for the appointment is mandatory. Applicants who have not registered will not be accepted.
To schedule an appointment, please send an email to the Consular Section of the Polish Embassy in Pretoria: [email protected]. ONLY between Friday, 31 October and Tuesday, 4 November 2025. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please include "Cape Town Outreach - Registration" in the subject line.
Please provide in the message:
1. first name,
2. last name,
3. date of birth,
4. PESEL number
of each person for whom the passport application will be submitted.
After registration is completed, you will receive an email with the date and time of your appointment with the consul. Applicants who do not have enough appointments on the specified dates will receive a reply informing them that the appointments are full and that an appointment with the consul is not possible.
