EQUIPMENT GENERAL ASSISTANT
Location: Epping

Equipment General Assistant performs various tasks at the distribution center to ensure safe and accurate shipping of products to and from customers. This role supports the distribution center's goals of excellent customer service, engaged employees, and profitability.

Duties:
-Remove 3rd party equipment from DC and prepare for return.
-Responsible for meeting or exceeding accuracy expectations and productivity minimums as directed by Operations Management.
-Operates safety sensitive and heavy equipment such as, but not limited to, forklifts, tuggers, pallet jacks, and flat bed carts in a safe and effective manner to minimize the risk of injury, or property damage.
-Performs pre-inspections and post-inspections of all equipment before and after use.
-Ensures security of company assets.
-Performs any other equipment related duties as required by Operations Management.
-Assist in the maintenance, cleaning, and storage of equipment, machinery, and vehicles.
-Support in organising and arranging equipment and materials in designated areas.
-Assist in the safe movement and storage of products within the distribution center.
-Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
-Participate in inventory tracking and record-keeping related to equipment.
-Assist in general warehouse duties as needed.

EQUIPMENT CONTROLLER
Location: Epping

Administrative Assistant is wanted to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The main responsibility of the role is to ensure that all equipment movement to and from all the Cape Town stores and suppliers are accurately and timeously recorded.

Duties include:
Ensuring all invoicing for equipment moved to stores and returning of equipment from stores are captured accurately and timeously.
Ensuring all transfers of equipment between DC’s are captured timeously and accurately.
Ensuring all equipment received from suppliers are captured timeously and accurately.
Analyze data on excel.
Standing in personally for any transaction capturer (Nationally) on leave, sick or away from their desk
Ensuring that stock take gets done when requested.
Responding to emails
Ensure all GRV's are captured for the DC
Daily capturing on Yoobic
