Across our communities, thousands of people are trying to navigate career uncertainty, unemployment, retrenchment, career transitions, and a rapidly changing job market - without the tools, guidance, or access needed to move forward.

In response, the JSS Group is taking career empowerment beyond conversation and into communities through the EmpowerTHEM: Community Tour this July in Cape Town, South Africa. 🌍

From CV & LinkedIn optimisation to interview preparation, networking strategy, and career direction - we are bringing real-world career education directly into communities that need it most.

This is bigger than a workshop.
This is intervention.

This is legacy.

Yesterday, we had the privilege of attending the Interview 101 event hosted by Emeris (Newlands) and what an incredible experience it was! 👏

We had the opportunity to conduct mock interviews with some of their graduates and share practical insights to help them feel more confident and prepared for the job market.

Some of the key areas we focused on included:
