We're Hiring: Dialer Support & Design Engineer (Johannesburg - On-Site) 🚨

Are you a dialer expert with a passion for problem-solving, system optimisation, and tech that drives real-world results? We’re looking for an experienced Dialer Support & Design Engineer to join a dynamic IT team in a fast-paced call centre and systems environment. If you're skilled in Asterisk, SQL, and dialer administration — and you're ready to make an impact — this role is for you.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

-Configure, support, and manage dialer systems – including Noble (advantageous) and Asterisk.
-Support both in-house and third-party systems, ensuring uptime and seamless performance.
-Work with SQL to conduct daily debit order checks and analytics.
-Collaborate with QA and IT teams to drive system improvements and user satisfaction.
-Manage PBX and scripting requirements with accuracy and precision.
-Ensure complete and accurate documentation and change control processes.

✅ What You Need to Apply:

-Grade 12 and relevant dialer and Asterisk training (Noble system knowledge is a bonus).
-Minimum 5 years in call centre systems and agent support.
-3+ years working with Asterisk and 5+ years dialer administration.
-Strong SQL experience and a mindset for analytics.
-A team player who is results-driven, detail-oriented, and loves a good challenge.
