Mental Strength Teen Coaching – skills and development company started by Cobus Visser and Bennie Keen is now, with the help of Gretha and Louis, moving in the direction of empowering, uplifting and educating our youth, inspiring our educators and involving family members in the child’s educational journey - with our holistic view of the schooling system we hope to bring change through interactive and on site programs.

Louis Blom has worked at over 10 schools in the Gauteng district as well as applying his coaching and mentoring skills at University level when he worked at Tuks Sport. He has a passion working with the youth and has his own business consultancy firm with over 26 years of corporate knowledge in various fields – a great inspiration and coach for young and old.

Cobus Visser and Bennie Keen both have over a decade experience in executive and personal coaching and motivational speaking. They strive to coach and inspire teams and individuals alike.

Gretha has worked at various schools using her musical theatre and Psychology background and applying her knowledge in the field of Children’s Rights to help inspire and grow the youth of today. She finds inspiration and uses techniques taught in drama school to make her programs more interactive and ‘colourful.’

Together we all bring something different to the table and yet we stand as one when we see the school as a holistic entity where the mind, body and soul (students, teachers and parents) all play an interactive part in the success and future of our youth.
