Vetma Consultants is looking for someone who can handle real conversations with business owners and close deals.

This role involves cold outreach and closing, not just responding to incoming leads.

You will be expected to start conversations, guide them properly, and move them toward a decision.

About the Role

You will be speaking directly with business owners.

Your responsibility is to

start conversations through outreach
understand their situation
identify what is not working
guide them toward a clear decision

This role requires awareness, communication, and consistency.

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills
Ability to handle cold outreach confidently
Ability to think and respond naturally
Comfortable speaking to business owners
Self-discipline and consistency
Ability to close deals

Performance Expectations

Consistent outreach activity
Active conversations and follow-ups
Ability to move conversations forward
Ability to close deals
Contribution to revenue

Compensation

Base: R10,000 – R14,000

Plus Commission per deal closed
