Individual Project Management
Each project is assigned a project manager and implementation team. The project manager is accountable and receives direction from the company director and is mandated to carry out the project in line with the company planning. The project manager is responsible in delivering the project, assisted by the project team to the specific needs of the client
Regular reporting on process and expenditure are made available to the director and stakeholders through the project management.
A project target is set based on current resources, capacity and timeframes. Once this target is set, projects are secured through the tender process. Once the project targets are track each project manager provides an implementation programme and cash flow projection.
