Through our Business Development and Skills Training Programmes, we’re helping entrepreneurs and small business owners start, grow, and sustain their businesses creating jobs and driving progress in our six host communities.

From welding and solar installation apprenticeships to small business funding and training, MCC’s support means that more families can build stable incomes and independence. This is development that lasts one business, one job and one opportunity at a time.

At Marula Community Chrome (MCC), we know that the best way to fight unemployment is to equip our youth with real, practical skills that open doors to opportunity. Through our apprenticeship and skills development programmes, young men and women from our six host communities are being trained in solar installation, electrical work, and business skills, preparing them for jobs or to start their own enterprises.

At Marula Community Chrome (MCC), we believe in standing with our communities and supporting initiatives that uplift lives. We are proud to have supported an event hosted by Ditijaneng Group, in partnership with Tebatso Kids Foundation, aimed at creating opportunities for children and strengthening the wider community. Through this initiative, food parcels were distributed to 80 households, including orphanages and people living with disabilities, a meaningful reminder that compassion and collaboration can overcome any obstacle.

We extend our sincere appreciation to all partners and community members who made this event possible. Together, we continue to drive positive impact, dignity, and hope across our communities.
