Hi Everyone, I have opened my own small business to help small to medium business with filing/admin and bookkeeping. This business only focuses on filing and processing cashbooks (Petty cash/Bank), customers, suppliers prior to submission for tax and financial statements. Clients will receive a "Black Box" in which they can put all their small slips/Bank statements/Supplier Invoices/Customer Invoices. All tax payments and financial statements are outsourced to another company who will bill separately. Who am I:
I have been working in finance since 2001, and completed my Bcomm Accounting Science degree in 2008. I enjoy organising/ filing/ and assisting people who are not admin minded and need some assistance.

1. For businesses that do not need to submit 2 monthly vat returns and only need to submit accounts for income tax each year, I will charge an hourly fee of R170. This will include filing and processing.
2. For businesses that need to submit vat returns every month or 2 months, we will work on an hourly fee for the first 3 months and then either move to a monthly fee, or stay on the current hourly billing.
