* All orders require payment first, as payment secures your order. FYI: we will begin the design of your order once we receive your POP which needs to be sent to [email protected]
* On stock items can be delivered same day or next day (depending on the area of delivery), if you are out of our area it will have a 3-5 working day delivery time. Items not in stock or that are tailor made requests (personalised) will have a 5-10 working days lead time (depending on the design/artwork) - (EXCLUDES DELIVERY TIME).
* Notice of cancellation: There will be "NO REFUNDS" on "ALL" personalised/tailor made products. If for any reason you wish you cancel your order, there will be a 50% cancellation fee.
* Refund Policy: There will be strictly "NO REFUNDS" on "ALL" personalised/tailor made products. If for any reason that the product or design is defective we will replace it with a new item of the same product type.
