🌍 Exciting Overseas Opportunity for a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) – Cayman Islands
We are looking for a qualified and registered CA(SA) to join our team as an Account Manager I, with a long-term opportunity based in the Cayman Islands.
This role is ideal for a candidate with captive management experience who is eager to build an international career.
Role Overview
Reporting to senior management, the Account Manager I will be responsible for the effective administration and oversight of a portfolio of client entities, including:
Regulatory filings and preparation of financial statements
Producing quarterly management accounts, cash management, debtors control, and invoicing
Managing client cash and investment portfolios and maintaining insurance documentation
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date corporate and statutory records
Corporate secretarial duties and compliance with relevant AML legislation
Producing reports and making operational recommendations
Providing day-to-day operational support to clients and internal stakeholders
Maintaining a professional presence within the local business community
Supporting directors and team members with additional responsibilities as required
International Opportunity
The successful candidate will initially be employed in South Africa for 3–6 months for onboarding, training, and work permit processing
Upon approval, the role will relocate to the Cayman Islands on a long-term basis
Work permit and relocation costs are covered, with details discussed during the interview process
Requirements
✔ Qualified and registered CA(SA)
✔ Captive management experience is essential
✔ Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and client-service mindset
✔ Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines
