VACANCY: Executive Personal Assistant to CEO
Executive Assistant & Coordinator's Responsibilities:
· Act as the point of contact among executives, managers and external partners.
· Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
· Manage executives’ calendars.
· Monitoring executives’ emails and responding when required.
· Organizing Tour planning & coordinating.
· Make travel and accommodation arrangements, local and internationally.
· Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
· Take minutes during meetings and prepping communication.
· Event planning & coordinating.
· Answering of phone calls.
· Conducting or preparing any research that CEO requires
· Administrative tasks.
· Other ad-hoc duties.
· Household and Au pair management.
Executive Assistant & Coordinator's Requirements:
· 3+ Years work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant.
· Experience in events & tour operations.
· Sound knowledge and practise of visa Applications.
· Excellent MS Office knowledge.
· Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
· Discretion and confidentiality.
· Understanding of business practises.
· PA diploma or certification is an advantage.
· Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
· Be willing to travel.
· Must have valid passport.
· Must be able to work flexible hours.
