Carla has been in the ICT / ISP Industry for more than 10 years and comes with a vast amount of industry knowledge and experience. She holds a BScIT (Computer Science and Informatics) degree from RAU (UJ). She started her career at Nashua Broadband as a Project Manager implementing and converting Reunert group companies ISP services. She then moved to Orion Telecom as a Fax and TMS Product Manager, and was then promoted to a Senior Product Manager managing the full suite of data products and services for Vox Telecom. Through these positions and companies she gained great exposure to the IT / ISP / Telecoms industries, suppliers and the products / technologies, and forged great relationships in the industry with clients and suppliers alike. The network of people she has met and the experience she has gained over the years, makes the placement of people and the attainment of her clients' recruitment goals a constant challenge she is happy to take on. Lucille, a consultant working under the Peppa Placements brand, brings a diverse range of product knowledge, and industry experience to the table. She started her career in the FMCG industry and has subsequently spent a great deal of time in the Telecoms and IT industries, before recently moving on to Digital Marketing. She has always maintained a high regard for best service levels and maintains great relationships with her clients. When joining Digital Peppa, Lucille felt it was time to put those relationships to good use as a consultant, and had been most successful. Kirsty, also working under the Peppa Placements brand, facilitates consulting expertise across various industries, namely ICT, Financial Services, Human Resources as well as IT Engineering. She has her Honours degree in Corporate Communications as well as her Project Management diploma through ESI International. Having kick started her career at DAV she grew to join Deloitte and Touche within their Business Process Outsourcing group, thereafter relocating internationally to eventually join Hays International on the Project Management side. In addition to her recruitment project experience both in SA and abroad, Kirsty gained experience within the HR training, B-BBEE and consulting space. Kirsty prides herself in strategic relationships building at senior levels as well as managing internal as well as external stakeholder relations. For business optimization within recruitment space she believes the need for pro-activity, attention to detail as well as leadership is essential.
