Zuva, established in 2013, is a young & energetic firm which specialises in providing services to small
& medium businesses. Zuva provides a range of accounting and business services such as cash flow planning, budgeting, cost control and regulatory compliance. Zuva is divided into two entities:
Zuva Financial Services (Pty) Ltd, which offers non-audit professional services, &
Zuva Advisory Serv

ices Incorporated which performs audit / attest functions. The majority shareholder, Constance Kawelenga, founded Zuva after working 8 years in external auditing and 7 years as an accountant at various levels. She identified that SME’s require the same accounting needs as that of larger businesses, but do not always have the resources to pay for them.
