“MONDAY MOTIVATION”

Durban. The last day of our boys trip. We went back to the beach one more time before heading home. The waves were loud, the air was fresh, the sun was rising, and Forez 🕊️🤍 decided to share a Monday motivation message. None of us knew it would be his last.

Since then, life has changed. He’s no longer here, but this video carries his spirit. His voice, his energy, his laughter, all frozen in time. Watching it now feels like standing on that sand again & how he’d always remind us to live fully, to keep pushing, to never lose hope.

I share this not just as a memory, but as a legacy. A reminder that moments matter, that friendships are sacred, and that the people we love leave behind pieces of themselves that never fade.
