You see, over the past 5 incredible years, since establishing The Human Element (Pty) Ltd's HR Consulting division, we've navigated more than possibly 100 IR issues, from minor misconduct to complex cases.

Today, I'm over the moon to announce a momentous achievement: we've maintained a 0% CCMA referral rate! 🥳💪

Last week, we faced our first CCMA referral, as an employee claimed inadequate remuneration post-contract.

🤝✉️ Thanks to meticulous planning and a bulletproof approach in every employee matter we've tackled, we followed the process to a tee. 📜🔍
