Had Pretty Things Delicious Eats's creamy pesto pasta for lunch. Guuuurl, this is how you treat a tastebud.
The sauce is not as liquid because I left it in the fridge overnight. It's amazing how some foods are even better the day after hey!
Also, there is pasta somewhere underneath all the greens!

Because of the current global situation, some coffee shops won't use my reusable cup (which I totally get) - buuuut we still have to live on this planet after the pandemic though.

That's why I was suuuuper impressed with Vidaecaffe
This coffee cup reads:
"This cup is made of 100% plant-based material. It's recyclable, compostable & biodegradable."
I mean, wower! The lid and all can be composted! Gooi hom op die hoop!
People tend to go for convenience and that's why companies have to think of convenient ways to get (trick 😉) customers to be better people whilst using their products!

Back from a lekker road trippin holidate with the boyf.
Ate all the food and enjoyed all the different nature scenes SA has to offer. Now I'm back in my comfy place aka Jozi. Ready to stay indoors and watch cat videos.

Look at me - I made some lekker plant-based baklava! Pre-plant I used to love baklava. The combination of the honey, cloves, cinnamon and nuts just worked! Then add in some crispy puff pastry and I'm sold!
Luckily we now live in a more plant loving world where people like SunnyBo Hunny and Naturescharmhk (the coconut condensed milk topping bought at Dis-Chem Pharmacies or WellnessWarehouse) make a plant-based baklava possible!
