The Fee includes both a Tuesday and Thursday class.
Drop in for R 100.00 to experience our fun classes.
The difference between the two classes:

3-7 year old class has dynamic moving postures, singing, dancing, affirmations, yoga Nidra(relaxation exercise) and breathing. We also incorporate fun mindful movements and breathing techniques.

7+ class:
postures are held longer and are more advances with special attention on alignment and posture, less singing and dancing, affirmations, yoga Nidra(relaxation exercise) and breathing. We also incorporate fun mindful movements and breathing techniques. We do also play some music.

When practicing yoga, proper alignment is essential to prevent injury and improve the benefits of the pose. For side angle poses, the key is to engage your arm fully and avoid any unnecessary strain. Instead of pushing your arm too much down, focus on lengthening through the spine. Keeping your neck long and your spine straight will help you maintain balance and stability.

When you do this, you’ll feel the correct alignment and enhanced flexibility, helping you build strength safely. Ensuring your feet are well-aligned with the hips will support the entire posture and offer greater control during your practice.

With continuous practice and focus on form, the benefits of these postures become clear. Improved strength, flexibility, and balance will come naturally. Every time you practice with the right alignment, you contribute to long-term success in your yoga journey. 🧘‍♀️💪
