Overall Purpose of the Job:

To sell our commercial division products to new and existing commercial / industrial and corporate clients to meet and exceed the required revenue and client targets

Main Duties:

Build relationships with and sell to existing commercial clients

Sales Rep: Urgent Role

Area of Work: CPT Southern Suburbs (Area of Work will be Camps Bay, Hout Bay, Green point, Seapoint ect)

Overall Purpose of the Job:

The incumbent would be responsible for the reconnection of moving cancellations, selling monitoring and armed response services, as well as service upgrades to existing and new clients.

Minimum qualification and experience:

· Matric
· Previous sales experience with a proven track record
· Knowledge of alarm systems, advantageous
· Good administrative skills would be advantageous
· Basic computer skills (i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel) would be advantageous
· Must have own reliable transportation and valid driver’s licence

Main duties:
· Market and sell the services of Armed Response, Monitoring and Service Upgrades
· Targets will be received in the categories of reconnection of moving cancellations (internal and dealer) and new contracts
· Follow up on all moving cancellation leads received internally and maintain an 80% average closing rate of these cancellations
· Distribution of marketing material, door knocking sessions, shopping mall stands, big events stands , telesales etc. to market our services and to sign up clients
· Must be able to forge relations with key role players in the community (i.e. estate agents, architects, building contractors, project managers etc.) to receive leads which must be turned into positive sales
· Must be able to work after hours and/or weekends on an Adhoc basis
· Handover and testing of alarm systems
· Attend SAPS and public meetings
· Maintain all administrative duties pertaining to sales

What is it?
JRTP aims to:

to render services to learners and employers
to equip learners with job hunting and life skills in order to make them independent and responsible citizens and job hunters that can contribute meaningfully in the work place.

What do we do?

Assist learners with part- and full-time employment.
Maintain learner bulletin board where jobs are advertised.
We place some learners on learnship programmes, as we work with some companies with SETAs.
This service is available to all who has passed grade 10 - 12
We match up students and companies who approach us for assistance.
You will only be invited to attend job interviews on condition that you have attended Job Readiness Training Workshops.

Workshops offered:

Compiling a marketable CV

Job Description:

The primary function of a Credit Controller is to complete daily, weekly and monthly tasks and to relieve team
leaders when required. To ensure maximum collections and facilitate maximum sales through excellent
account maintenance and customer services.

Key Tasks:

Open new accounts
Various admin duties
Maintain customer accounts and relationships
Investigate and resolve customer queries on time

Updating and managing Coface and Management limits on SAP

Contact customers for payments and remittance advices

Qualifications:
