We calling on all startup and growing intrapreneur to submit their work at the station for advertising as it's crucial to keep the business running and a lot of advertising needed.

Soweto FM is working on a app which will accommodate all local businesses and work as a directory and website to help your client reach your business easier.

Soweto FM will work in partnership with all local organisations to come up with a structure to help fund all start up businesses and those who are running, so that we can create jobs at our community.

also we would like to encourage all our intrapreneurs to hire people from your Township which will be near for them to go to work and it will help also to bring change in the community.

If you can look at our Township spaza shops most of them don't hire our Township youth. you will find that they don't mind hiring someone who is a family member or who comes from the rural areas. Rather than someone from they're Township

Let's take this opportunity as local businesses and see what change we can bring while working together as you can see the number of unemployment in our country is an issue, and some of our local councillors are failing to come up with ways to fight unemployment. As they always have to wait for a project that come from the government but for them to implement something dololo, they need to understand that's not everyone is able to do a digging job, that is why we saying that our our community ward leader they need to start thinking out of the box on ways to create job creation for the unemployed in the Township as the number is growing. If they need assistance we are here as we need to come together and help grow our Township to becoming bigger and better.

Being a leader is not about how you wear or how you walk or who you know.

It's about the decisions you take for the community, a leader is someone that is strong in implementing and developing, a leader is someone who puts their community first rather than their own needs. We are fortunate that we have young counselors but yet to see they affect that they're bringing to the table as everything is still some. Development is yet to be seen and as a community we hope you won't be disappointed from them.
