MAKE A CHANGE LETS MOVE FROM COID TO FEM

We all have been very disappointed with COID’s service delivery and here is an opportunity to Change from 1 March 2022 to FEM.

I would like to introduce FEM to you and explain the benefits of going over to FEM. They are the only company licensed, by the Department of Labour / Compensation Fund, to provide Workman's Compensation to the Building and Construction industry. As they are licensed by the Compensation Fund, They charge exactly the same rates as the Compensation Fund. They pride themselves in the fact that they have run a successful organisation for the past 86 years and have a client base of more than 5000 policy holders.

Please note they are not a third party that assists with dealing with the Fund, they are the alternative to the Compensation Fund.

They differentiate themselves by the excellent service they offer.

Instalment Plan: You do not need to pay the 20% Deposit
Letters of Good Standing issued within an hour of request, and valid for 14 months.

If you are thinking to change PLEASE DO NOT submit 2021/2022 Return of Earnings to COID.

Are you aware that COID has waived the prescribed 20% Deposits when applying for instalments on your 2019 assessment as well penalties and interest due to late payment . With the current economic climate due to Covid 19 they are trying to alleviate businesses from economic hardship. Anel Consulting specializes in assisting employers with the application for instalments.

To cover your workers against occupational diseases, injuries and death, you must register with the Compensation Fund.

The fund covers an employee who is:

- permanently employed
- a domestic worker in a boarding house
- an apprentice or trainee farm worker and
- a worker paid by a labour agency.
