As a small, online-only studio, I personally try handle every enquiry, order, and detail. My time is limited, and to ensure that every customer receives the best possible service, I kindly ask that you have the necessary information ready before making an enquiry.

Wedding date: When is the wedding?
Expected date: When would you like your dresses by?
Colour: What colour or colour scheme are you looking for?
Style: Which dress style would you like?
Inspiration: Have pictures, reference images, or ideas? Please send them along!

Phone calls and consultations will be scheduled by appointment only, where necessary. This helps me manage my time effectively while ensuring that every order receives the attention it deserves.
