Aublue is seeking a Sales Consultant with Business Development experience to increase turnover and grow market share by managing, maintaining, and developing a base of existing customers by building relationships through referrals, leads and cold calling activities. Duties are include but not limited to:
Qualification and Experience:
Minimum requirements:
Grade 12 /NQF4
Valid Driver�??s License and own Transport
1 years experience in retail or outsourcing solutions
Computer literate
Excellent Negotiation Skills
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets (pay slips showing commission
Ability to sell on value and relate customer needs to service offerings
Roles and Responsibilities:
Duties:
Generate sales leads through Cold Calling, Referrals, Networking and other tactics to secure new business opportunities
Actively qualify and pursue all sales leads and referrals to acquire new
Working closely with the operations team to ensure industry leading service delivery
Meet predetermined daily sales productivity targets as well as turnover/revenue targets
Maintain CRM tool, including but not limited to client interactions, sales activities and sales pipeline
Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
Constantly develop and broaden both industry and general knowledge in an effort to better engage customers and match services to their needs.
Handle customer complaints professionally to preserve the companys reputation
Track market and competitor changes to identify growth opportunities and mitigate potential risks
Structured customer on boarding, internally and externally
Position renumeration will be a basic plus commission.
