On 10 Feb 2024, Iyana Consultants had the privilege of attending an enlightening agricultural event hosted by Andile Siphesihle Ngcobo in collaboration with Food For Mzansi event brought together key stakeholders from various sectors of the agricultural industry, including representatives from KHULA! Agri SETA Bonsmara SA Red Meat Industry Services , and the Landbank . S.A.

The primary objective of the event was to facilitate dialogue and collaboration among stakeholders in the agricultural sector. It aimed to address pressing issues facing the industry and explore opportunities for sustainable growth and development.

Keynote Address was done by Andile, a prominent figure in the agricultural community, he delivered a compelling keynote address highlighting the importance of innovation and inclusivity in driving the future of agriculture in South Africa. He emphasized the need for collaboration between small-commercial farmers, agribusinesses, and government entities to overcome challenges and unlock the sector's full potential.

Topics ranged from skills development and training in agriculture to sustainable farming practices and access to finance for small-scale farmers.
